To be a successful developer, you need a blend of technical and soft skills, including proficiency in JavaScript, .NET, data model, managed workflows, ServiceNow platform fundamentals (good to have), ITIL/ITSM processes, and strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Functional knowledge about Governance, Risk & Compliance to support enhancement and build requirements.
2. Responsible for end-to-end maintenance of IRM & TPRM modules including development, deploying upgrades, testing.
3. Expertise in tailoring ServiceNow products in alignment with the Integrated Risk Management & Third-Party Risk Management requirements.
4. Build & execute technical product roadmap in alignment with business strategic goals, streamline platform governance, maintenance procedures, develop coding standards.
5. Perform regular gap analysis on the existing capabilities and lead the standardization across GRC modules & its critical dependencies.
6. Support performance analytics for reporting including integration with other systems for automation (Splunk, LEAP, One trust, Fusion etc.), user account and access management, and request fulfillment.
7. Consistently deliver value by improving core platform capabilities and alignment with future product releases.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders across cross-functional domains, and technical and Leadership teams to roll out organization-wide initiatives.
9. Responsible for UI Builder – Now experience.
10. Execute multiple projects parallelly through effective planning, situational adaptation, and strong decision-making capabilities.
11. Adoption of AI capabilities/tools within ServiceNow.

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree
• Prefer candidate with minimum 5-8 years with strong IT background (JavaScript, .NET)
• English proficiency
