In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth invoice processing and effective vendor management for HR vendors. Key Responsibilities

1. Provide administrative support for invoicing process/payment.
2. Standardizing processes across all regions to ensure consistency for invoice management.
3. Delivering effective solutions to address any invoice process/payment issues.

JOB ACTIVITIES

1. Managing HR vendor purchase orders.
2. Overseeing invoice processing in financial payment systems.
3. Ensuring accurate processing of invoices in systems like Compass, SAP, and Microsiga.

YOU MUST HAVE

1. Bachelor's Degree.
2. 1 year of Account Payable experience.

3. Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills to handle difficult and sensitive matters.
