ITX Corp. is hiring a Sr. Front End Developer, React - Remote Anywhere

We’re looking for a Sr. Frontend Developer to join our team. This is a full-time and long-term position.

Key Responsibilities

The Sr. Front End Developer architects and builds rich interactive applications that deliver experiences worthy of our clients' brands. This is achieved by leveraging the power of new technologies and frameworks, keeping in mind the concerns around functionality, security, performance, and scalability. The Front End Developer constructs dynamic user interfaces using mature frameworks such as React and Kuiper, creating inspiring user experiences that integrate seamlessly with our powerful back-end systems.

Skills Knowledge and Expertise

The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who is passionate about development and meets the following:

Must Have Requirements:

  1. Expertise in JavaScript: Proficient in developing front-end interfaces interacting with backend web services, ensuring cross-device and cross-browser compatibility.
  2. Expertise in React: Deep knowledge of React.js, including state management, component lifecycle, and hooks.
  3. Expertise with CSS: Proficient in styling with modern frameworks like Sass, LESS, or Tailwind CSS.
  4. Proficiency with UI Component Libraries: Skilled in using popular libraries like Material-UI, Bootstrap, Ant Design, or Reactstrap to leverage pre-built components for efficient UI development.
  5. Source Control Proficiency: Strong experience with Git for version control, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
  6. Unit Testing: Proven experience in writing and maintaining unit tests, ensuring code reliability and quality.
  7. Agile/Scrum: Practical experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
  8. Team Collaboration: Thrives in collaborative settings, valuing and integrating team feedback.
  9. Mentorship: Gains satisfaction from mentoring less experienced developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  10. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication capabilities, with strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. English proficiency is required.

Desired Skills:

  1. Experience with Build Systems: Familiarity with build tools like Jenkins or Grunt to automate the build process.
  2. Distributed Team Experience: Has successfully worked within a distributed team environment, comfortable with remote collaboration tools and asynchronous communication.
  3. Experience with US-Based Companies: Previous work experience with companies based in the US, understanding cultural nuances and business practices.

You’ll never have to worry about asking for a pay raise again. At least once a year ITX automatically adjusts pay when the benchmark is higher than our team member’s compensation.

In Latam the pay range for the Sr. Frontend Developer role is $3.900 to $6.400 monthly, depending on experience, specific skills and certifications, and education. Based on your location in Latam pay ranges could be adjusted according to local market data, which can vary from country to country. This variation percentages could be 16% lower or 27% higher.
