Sr Analyst Import - Export

Job Responsibilities

As a Sr Analyst Import - Export, you will hold a pivotal position in ensuring the flawless execution of our import and export operations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and managing import and export activities to ensure compliance with all regulations.
• Coordinating the preparation and processing of shipping documentation.
• Liaising with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other third parties to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods.
• Monitoring and analyzing import/export data to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize logistics processes.
• Collaborating with internal departments to resolve any issues and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade and Customs (Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior y Aduanas) or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in a similar role (e.g., warehouse coordinator, logistics leader, traffic coordinator, customs specialist).
• Preferably, previous experience in the medical devices industry.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2 level).
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, ambitious approach with the ability to strictly adhere to deadlines and deliver outstanding results.
