What you’ll do

  1. Responsible for processing and delivering Credit & debit Notes, managing disputes and creation, returns and rejections, edition and continued tracking of assignment process.
  2. Straight relationship with BU (Sales Controlling, Taxes) &/or F-OTC.
  3. Proposes, contributing and updating the process documentation and enhancements, as well as identifying opportunities of improvements and automatization throughout the whole process workflow.
  4. Applies Quality Management System in accordance to ISO 9001:2015 norm in the daily activities and identifies continuous improvement opportunities in the process.
