Acerca de este puesto We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Business Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, implementing, and monitoring business strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements. As a Business Planner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, forecast business performance, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

• Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and manage short-term and long-term business plans in alignment with organizational goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to provide actionable insights and support business forecasting.
• Financial Forecasting: Prepare financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support business objectives and track performance.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor business performance through KPIs, metrics, and dashboards, making adjustments to plans as necessary to ensure targets are met.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (sales, marketing, finance, operations) to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Project Management: Manage the execution of key business projects, ensuring milestones are met and results are delivered on time and within budget.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze historical data and market trends to identify potential opportunities and risks, providing recommendations to senior leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in business planning, strategic planning, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop insights to inform business decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and business planning software tools.
• SAP required.
• Advanced English.
