What You’ll Do

As a Solution Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving international sales by:

1. Analyzing and qualifying market opportunities;
2. Supporting commercial partners during pre-sales activities;
3. Delivering compelling product demonstrations and customized solution proposals;
4. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and partners across LATAM.

What You’ll Bring

1. Proven experience with omnichannel technologies in the contact center industry;
2. Familiarity with process automation and AI solutions for customer service;
3. Strong public speaking and presentation skills;
4. Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (B2 or above in each language).

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

1. Experience in deploying solutions for end customers;
2. Project management capabilities.
