Estamos buscando un Socio de Negocios de Recursos Humanos (HRBP) experimentado y estratégico para unirse a nuestro equipo. Como HRBP, desempeñarás un papel crítico en la alineación de las iniciativas y funciones de RRHH con los objetivos y necesidades del negocio. Actuarás como consultor para la gestión en temas relacionados con recursos humanos y servirás como defensor de los empleados y agente de cambio. El HRBP desarrollará soluciones integradas y actuará como un impulsor clave para el desarrollo y la efectividad organizacional.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Colaborar con los líderes empresariales para alinear las estrategias de RRHH con los objetivos del negocio. Proporcionar orientación en una amplia gama de temas, incluyendo la gestión del talento, desarrollo organizacional, gestión del desempeño y relaciones laborales.
  • Gestionar y resolver problemas complejos de relaciones laborales. Realizar investigaciones efectivas, exhaustivas y objetivas.
  • Identificar y desarrollar talento dentro de la organización. Asistir con la planificación de sucesiones y las iniciativas de desarrollo de carrera para asegurar una robusta reserva de talento.
  • Guiar y asesorar a los gerentes en los procesos de gestión del desempeño, incluyendo la definición de objetivos, retroalimentación y evaluaciones de desempeño.
  • Apoyar y guiar al negocio a través de cambios organizacionales, asegurando una comunicación efectiva y minimización de la interrupción.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas de RRHH y las leyes laborales locales. Actualizar e implementar políticas y procedimientos de RRHH según sea necesario.
  • Colaborar con los líderes empresariales en la planificación de la fuerza laboral, incluyendo niveles de personal, estrategias de reclutamiento y desarrollo de habilidades.
  • Identificar necesidades de capacitación y coordinar programas de formación para mejorar las habilidades y conocimientos de los empleados.
  • Analizar métricas de RRHH y proporcionar información para la toma de decisiones y la mejora de los procesos de RRHH. Preparar informes regulares sobre actividades y resultados de RRHH.
  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias para mejorar el compromiso, la moral y la retención de los empleados.
  • Promover y apoyar iniciativas de diversidad e inclusión dentro de la organización.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
