We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team and drive our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about engaging with our audience, developing innovative content strategies, and enhancing brand awareness in the EdTech space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals and brand voice.

  2. Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) tailored to our target audience across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  3. Community Engagement: Foster and manage a vibrant online community by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followers to build strong relationships.

  4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.

  5. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our social media strategies remain relevant and effective.

  6. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.

  7. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and partnerships, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Required Competencies:

  1. Proven experience in social media management and strategy development.

  2. Advanced knowledge of social media metrics and analysis tools.

  3. Ability to lead and motivate a team.

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  5. Experience in hiring and managing influencers and talent.

  6. Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.

  7. Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO.

  8. Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
