Site Reliability Engineer (Talent Pool)

The salary range for this role is $2,000 - $4,200 per month (Gross in USD as a contractor)

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Site Reliability Engineer. This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing team. You will work on our Infrastructure team and assist us in running and scaling our cloud infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

• Be on a Pagerduty on-call rotation to respond to production incidents
• Maintain and develop monitoring and alerting solutions to improve the on-call experience
• Design, build and maintain scalable infrastructure for running our systems
• Assist product developers in debugging and triaging production issues

What We Look For:

• Bachelor's in computer science (preferred) or equivalent related experience
• From 1 to 3 years of experience in SRE or DevOps roles.

Ideal Skills & Experience:

• Basic knowledge of a Microservice Architecture
• Basic knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Docker
• Familiarity with deployment/provisioning tools like Terraform, Helm, Ansible
• Comfortable working with Golang, Python, and shell script
• Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies
• Close familiarity with software engineering tools and release processes
