Objetivo del puesto.

  • Supervisar las operaciones del recibo, traslado, almacenaje y embarque de los productos terminados, asegurar la confiabilidad de los inventarios y garantizar la calidad y la entrega en tiempo y forma de los productos terminados.

Principales funciones y Responsabilidades

  • Administrar el rol de turnos de montacarguistas a su cargo y asignar tareas a su equipo.
  • Supervisar las entradas de Producto Terminado de Envasado Tequila y Envasado Licores, y validarlas en sistema ERP e inventario físico con el apoyo de un equipo de computo móvil.
  • Supervisar las salidas de Producto Terminado para exportaciones, prestaciones a empleados, obsequios y muestras; asegurando que las órdenes surtidas cumplan con los procedimientos establecidos en documentación y operación.
  • Registrar vales de salida de Producto Terminado (Muestras, devoluciones, pedidos especiales y envíos a áreas internas).
  • Administrar inventarios en el sistema del Consejo Regulador del Tequila y realizar la tramitación de soportes correspondiente a los certificados para la exportación.
  • Establecer comunicación y reportar los programas de embarques a las áreas de la organización que están involucradas con el proceso.
  • Supervisar y coordinar las devoluciones de producto por parte de los Centros de Distribución: identificación y almacenamiento.
  • Controlar el inventario de testigos y muestras para Calidad.
  • Dar seguimiento al producto no conforme para su almacenaje y disposición final.
  • Generar y enviar al Jefe reportes de exportaciones y niveles de inventarios necesarios para el área.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de las actividades de orden y limpieza, validando llenado de formatos y checklist correspondientes.
  • Diseñar y administrar las especificaciones de producto terminado, manteniendo la información en software especializado.
  • Realizar requisiciones y solicitud de GR´s para los artículos requeridos en la operación.

Requerimientos

  • Licenciatura Terminada.
  • Experiencia en Administración de Inventarios.
  • Experiencia en Actividades Administrativas y Administración de Personal.
  • Conocimiento en requisitos para exportación, gestión aduanal, CTPAT, NEEC.
  • Conocimiento en sistema SAP.
  • Conocimiento en sistema de verificación del CRT.
