What does the job involve?
You will be part of a team of ServiceNow experts delivering ServiceNow solutions to a range of customers.
- Participating in customer workshops and requirements gathering to build requirements and design solutions.
- Advising and making recommendations on proposed solutions.
- Developing ServiceNow solutions defined to meet defined requirements to a high standard, including configuration, scripting, testing, customer demos, UAT and go-live support.
- Mentoring and coaching more junior team members.
- Producing documentation and training material for implemented solutions.
What do I need to be successful?
The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow design and development, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Scripting skills such as JavaScript, HTML, XHTML, XML, CSS, AJAX, AngularJS are highly advantageous.
- An understanding of Service Management concepts, delivery assurance principles and procedures.
- A high level of knowledge of the ServiceNow application and preferably experience in building custom applications and integrations with other platforms.
Ideally, you will have achieved some of the following certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Administrator.
- Additional specialized ServiceNow certifications or experience such as CSM and Field Services would be an advantage.
- ITIL Foundation / SCRUM will be a plus.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, the ability to present solutions to customers, including senior management, and be highly focused on delivering consistent customer service.
Able to work in a team or individually to design schedules, you will need to be proactive, creative and able to research solutions and make recommendations, willing to learn and take on new challenges.
You will need to be able to work remotely from home, and also occasionally travel to customer sites for meetings and workshops or work at customer sites for periods when necessary.
1. Job Objective/Proposal:
Knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform, maintenance of CSM and Field Services, and implementation of ITSM and CMDB.
You will be responsible for implementing ServiceNow modules; developing Service Catalogs, workflow and customizations in forms; and supporting the administration team.
Adjusting and developing scripts, rules and preparing documentation for ServiceNow procedures.
Managing Incidents, Problems and Requests, and developing Demands.
Evaluating upgrade versions, performance, access control, license management. Creating reports, homepage and dashboards.
2. Skills
i. Required:
- Knowledge of administration and maintenance of ServiceNow ITSM or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of maintaining ServiceNow platform integrations with other systems, such as ERPs, monitoring systems, other ITSM solutions, etc.
- Knowledge of ITIL and agile methodology.
- Knowledge of JavaScript.
- CSA certification.
- Advanced level in Spanish and English for business.
ii. Desirable:
- CIS-ITSM certification.
- ITIL V3 or 4 Foundations certification.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Angular, Bootstrap, Jelly Script. Integration of SOAP and REST WEB SERVICES.
- Ability to perform operational support activities on the ServiceNow platform or similar.
iii. Soft skills determining this position:
- Communication and interpersonal skills at different levels.
- Experience in giving presentations/workshops.
- Have emotional intelligence to deal with the different friction situations that may occur during a project.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role in consulting.
- Proven experience: Entry-level experience in consulting.
- Proficiencies: Basic understanding of consulting methodologies and industry trends.
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
Other Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., MBA).
- Relevant certifications related to the field are a plus.
