This position requires individuals to be experts on the entire ServiceNow platform with a concentration in SAM & HAM. The ServiceNow developers will be expected to maintain, modify, remediate, and improve our various workflows. They will be expected to swiftly remediate any defects or issues that arise impacting the ITAM modules.

Job Description:

We are seeking highly skilled ServiceNow Developers with expertise in the ServiceNow platform, specifically in Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining, modifying, and enhancing our various workflows. They will also swiftly address and resolve any defects or issues affecting the IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet organizational needs.
2. Create and manage integrations with multiple external applications.
3. Enable, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot ServiceNow Publisher Packs.
4. Respond promptly to incidents and defects, providing robust solutions to ensure minimal disruption.
5. Adhere to coding best practices to maintain system performance and reliability.
6. Conduct thorough testing of code prior to migration to the Quality Assurance (QA) environment to ensure full functionality and absence of issues.
7. Stay informed on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices to optimize ITAM module performance.
8. Demonstrate familiarity with Change Management processes and batch update sets.
9. Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) for project tracking and management.

Required Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
2. Proficiency in application design and development within the ServiceNow platform.
3. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to remediate incidents quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification issued by ServiceNow.
2. At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator.
