What You Will Do:

1. Supervises a team of primarily entry and intermediate Technicians / Business Support employees, with flexibility to determine how assignments are completed (e.g., objectives and approaches to completing work).
2. Sets day-to-day goals and objectives for team members.
3. Prepares, updates and monitors performance metrics to ensure business objectives are achieved.
4. Performs capacity planning of staff and resources to support input variations, adjusting and performing recovery plans.
5. Participates in hiring process of new employees, transfers, promotions, salary actions and terminations.
6. Supports project management based on business needs; may be required to support other duties/functions within the company.
7. Actively participates in initiatives for Root Cause/Corrective Actions using Quality tools and support.
8. Actively participates in obtaining Quality and Regulatory Certifications.
9. Reviews and implements technical, process and regulatory documentation changes; creates or updates procedures as required.
10. Coordinates or provides technicians with theoretical and on-the-job training, performing systematic reviews and adjustments of the plan.
11. Designs, discusses, and implements employees’ development plans.
12. Participates in technical meetings with service requestors.
13. Assists with new business development.
14. Ensures continuous improvement of Technical Service processes for maximum effectiveness and efficiency, leading and coordinating with other departments as required.
15. Schedules resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and coordination of activities.
16. Performs and assists in the management of budget, staffing and/or business/operations results.
17. Supervises, promotes actions and presents topics related to Environment, Safety & Health.
18. Ensures employees follow the organization's policies and procedures.
19. Attends and participates in group meetings, teleconferences and/or training required.

Qualifications You Must Have:

1. Bachelor's degree in electronic, mechatronic or related field, and 5 years of prior relevant experience.
2. OR an Advanced degree and 3 years of prior relevant experience.
3. Must have fluent English communication (Bilingual).
4. Experience with advanced Microsoft Excel.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, teamwork and presentation skills.

Qualifications We Preferred:

1. Knowledgeable in electronics.
2. Knowledge of MRO regulatory certifications.
3. SAP experience.
