We are currently seeking an Insights Specialist for our TripleTen LATAM Team (our key market in the region is Mexico). The primary responsibility of the Researcher will be to provide the business with a deep audience and market understanding that can support the decision-making process and impact the overall business strategy.
Insights Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify research needs, design and implement research projects and translate findings into actionable insights that support business objectives. This position requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in research methodologies, data analysis, and team leadership.
What you will do
- Strategic Research Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive research strategy aligned with business goals and the current research backlog, enriched by your vision and experience.
- Project Execution: Design, execute, and manage all of the research projects and tasks. We expect you to perform a significant part of the research on your own, sometimes using additional resources to speed up the delivery time.
- Project Management: Set up and manage all the research processes, from evaluating and refining incoming tasks to conducting research and presenting the results. Manage research budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate research findings to internal and external stakeholders through reports, presentations, and workshops. Collaborate with product, marketing, and business development teams to integrate research insights into product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in research roles.
- Proven track record of leading successful research projects that impacted business results, oriented both at customer development and market research.
- Experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and research instruments and services for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, growth mindset, business result orientation.
- A Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field such as Market Research, Data Science, Statistics, Sociology, or related disciplines.
- Working proficiency in English and in Spanish, Portuguese is a plus.
- Prior experience in EdTech is a plus.
