Description:

The Global P&CI Specialist (Risk & Control) is supporting the P&CI Manager – Risk & Control in running the P&CI Function. Global P&CI is a trusted partner for Local P&CI, Regional P&CI, and Functions in achieving business objectives, driving and implementing improvements in the organisation’s processes and strengthening the internal control environment. Global P&CI is driving the implementation of the HEINEKEN Internal Control Framework and the HEINEKEN Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) Framework. The role is based in Monterrey or Sao Paulo, and occasionally travel may be required (up to 30%).

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related.
2. 5+ years of experience in internal auditing and designing controls and/or finance roles.
3. Ability to prioritize assignments, remain flexible in a changing environment, and work independently with little supervision.
4. Strong analytical and communication capabilities.
5. Excellent written and conversational English.
