Responsibilities

We are looking for Technical Consultants to deliver brand new Cloud-based solutions and outcomes for our most sophisticated customers. Working closely with project teams and customer partners, they design, develop and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions. Here are some main responsibilities of the role:

1. Own the implementation of standard configurations and custom development, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
2. Lead deployment strategies during the project development as defined by our architectural layer (Source Code Management, and Deployment Standards).
3. Apply troubleshooting strategies to identify and fix implementational issues.
4. Ability to work in an agile and collaborative environment and follow our Professional Services Methodology.
5. Work remotely while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies.
6. Collaborate and act as a Team Lead for multiple projects, being a Technical reference to our entire implementation team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. 5+ years of development experience on the Salesforce.com platform.
2. Experience on agile methodologies.
3. Algorithm-oriented and logical mentality.
4. Knowledge of Javascript / Front-end design (HTML and CSS).
5. Experience in Programmatic (Apex, LWC, Javascript) and Declarative (Low code) Salesforce development.
6. Experience in Salesforce deployment practices/strategies.
7. Experience delivering projects using Salesforce Communications Cloud technology.
8. Experience in GitHub and branches manipulation.
9. Salesforce Administrator Certification.
10. Salesforce App Builder Certification.
11. Proficient Spanish speaker and upper intermediate or Advanced English speaker.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Must

1. Salesforce Javascript Developer Certification.
2. Salesforce Omni Studio Consultant.
3. Telecommunications Industry Knowledge.
