Senior Sales Recruiter, LATAM

We are currently seeking a proactive, experienced, and motivated Senior Recruiter with a positive, opportunity-focused mindset to join our recruitment efforts and help grow our LATAM team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is adept at navigating the challenges of working at a high-growth company. You will own hiring for go-to-market roles for our sales team in LATAM under Agustin Alaman.

This role will cover the following areas:

1. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
2. Taking ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates
3. Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions
4. Sourcing candidates primarily through direct outreach on LinkedIn Recruiter as well as referrals and your network
5. Conducting talent acquisition activities such as resume and phone screens, candidate interviews, offer preparations, and closing qualified candidates
6. Collecting, inputting, and reporting recruitment data and metrics
7. Continuously identifying new opportunities for key process improvement initiatives that enhance the recruiting strategy
8. Partnering with our Director of Sales to help scale the organization, ensuring alignment on hiring needs and strategies

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree
2. Strong written communication in English
3. 6+ years of experience hiring Enterprise Account Executive roles in LATAM
4. Experience with 50%+ of candidates being directly sourced by you
5. Experience working in a startup environment
6. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
7. Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
8. Strong customer service, negotiation skills, and ability to interact with candidates and employees at all levels throughout the company.
