Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Improvement and Asset Management Analyst to lead our efforts in process optimization, ServiceNow integrations, onboarding new asset classes, and disposal management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management and process improvement, with extensive experience in ServiceNow.

Your Impact

As Senior Process Improvement and Asset Management Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  1. Process Improvement:
    • Lead the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in asset management.
    • Develop and document comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for asset management processes.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
  2. ServiceNow Integrations:
    • Manage and oversee integrations with ServiceNow to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
    • Work closely with IT and ServiceNow teams to configure and customize the platform to meet asset management needs.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  3. Onboarding of New Asset Classes:
    • Develop and execute onboarding processes for new asset classes, ensuring accurate and complete data entry.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define asset class attributes and requirements.
    • Train and support team members on new asset class onboarding procedures.
  4. Disposal Management:
    • Oversee the disposal process for decommissioned assets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records of asset disposals and generate reports as needed.
    • Coordinate with vendors and recycling partners to manage the disposal of assets in an environmentally responsible manner.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• Proven experience in process improvement, asset management, and ServiceNow integrations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in ServiceNow or related platforms.

• Extensive experience with IT asset management (ITAM) and configuration management databases (CMDB).

• Knowledge of industry best practices for asset lifecycle management.
