Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Senior Manager, Portfolio of the Future is responsible for identifying and shaping new innovation opportunities (focused on Horizons 2 and 3) within the foods category for the PepsiCo LATAM region. This includes leading the ideation process, securing strategic approval in a senior innovation council, validating concepts with consumers and target markets, and subsequently handing off viable projects to the commercialization and local marketing teams for execution through a formal Stage Gate process. This role ensures alignment with global category and sector strategies while also scanning for opportunities in emerging or adjacent categories to drive increased net revenue and shape the future of the company.

Qualifications
¿Who Are We Looking For?
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 8–10+ years in product innovation, marketing, or category management in FMCG (food industry exposure preferred).
• Track record of leading successful cross-functional ideation and innovation initiatives.
• Regional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of LATAM’s consumer markets and cultural nuances.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
