Senior Manager of Operations Excellence

Our client is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations Excellence for our client, a leading organization committed to operational optimization and excellence. This role will focus on enhancing processes, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

• Lead and implement operational excellence initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with various departments to identify process improvement opportunities and streamline workflows.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and inspire actionable improvements.
• Mentor and develop team members on best practices and operational excellence methodologies.
• Deliver training programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional meetings to encourage collaboration and communication.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance and improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in operations management, with a focus on process improvement and excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
• Experience with operational excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement.
• Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Proficient in project management tools and data analysis software.
