Senior Manager, Launch Operations

The Role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to drive Mexico City Hub Operations and oversee end-to-end launch operations across Games, Live, and Streaming. This role will be responsible for scaling and optimizing our hub capabilities and managing highly complex, multi-disciplinary launches while ensuring seamless execution at scale.

Leading a growing team of 20+ ICs, including two direct-report managers, this leader will architect operational strategies and develop high-impact processes that power global operations. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with a proven ability to drive operational excellence, build and maintain high-performing teams, and optimize resource allocation in a high-velocity environment.

This role demands deep cross-functional leadership, bridging gaps and addressing opportunities across Games, Live, Streaming, and Ads. The right leader will be comfortable navigating ambiguity and risk, making data-driven decisions when necessary, and developing strong leaders who can elevate our hub capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with Product Discovery and Promotion local leaders in UCAN and LATAM, as well as leadership across Live and Games, to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration across some of our most complex slates.
• Lead and support two managers and their teams, giving them the guidance, tools, and support they need to succeed and grow.
• Oversee the execution of Games, Live, and Streaming launches, making sure they run efficiently and deliver a great experience for our members and the business.
• Develop smart, scalable strategies that balance big-picture goals with the realities of day-to-day execution.
• Work closely with global leadership teams in Product, Engineering, Operations, Dubbing, and Post to ensure alignment and improved launch processes over time.
• Be the key Netflix leader for the Mexico City hub, representing its needs while keeping things in sync with the company’s broader goals.
• Join and contribute to key leadership forums. Your voice in these forums is critical to your team's success.

• 10+ years of leadership experience - building and growing diverse teams
• Operational experience in Games, Live, or Streaming is a plus, but more important is the ability to learn quickly and ask the right questions.
• An inspiring leader who can help their team build resilience and follow them into the Netflix wilderness
• Someone who thrives in complexity - able to grasp different workstreams and make sense of them quickly.
• A strategic thinker who can balance high-level planning with hands-on problem-solving.
