GSC Digital Business Partner is a key position to achieve digitalization of Schneider’s manufacturing plants. As it is an on-site position, it is essential to know and get involved in GSC (Global Supply Chain) business processes and local operations, understand their problems, and be able to translate all digital needs into Technical IT Solutions.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) ensuring factory compliance with Schneider cybersecurity standards, coordinating network infrastructure changes or new enhancements, aligning to strategic priorities, participating in cross-functional activities to support, and allowing business continuity. This position will collaborate and work with regional and global teams depending on projects.
This role is the main point of contact for all GSC business units; sometimes he/she becomes the SPOC among GSC and Digital Teams, such as SAP, Oracle, Connectivity, Assets Management, Tech Partners, Security, etc.
Accountable for the OT Cybersecurity in the manufacturing plant. Manage all activities to improve cyber resilience in the plant: protect the OT network from cyber threats and sustain the Cybersecurity Performance of the site. The scope of action includes the local OT infrastructures, applications, and the shop floor population.
