Job Description

We are looking for a highly creativeSenior Graphic Designerwith a strong background invisual design and digital content creation. The ideal candidate should have advanced experience inAdobe Suite, Figma, and After Effects, along with a deep understanding ofbranding, marketing, and digital trends.

This role requiresstrategic thinking, the ability to conceptualize and develop high-quality designs, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for communication with cross-functional teams and clients.

As aSenior Graphic Designer, you will play akey rolein ensuring our clients' branding and marketing materials arevisually compelling, consistent, and aligned with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advanced Design & Creative Execution

• UtilizeAdobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)andFigmato create visually compelling designs as well asAfter Effectsfor the creation of animated work.
• Integrate additional design tools to enhance workflow and output.

2. Concept Development & Creative Strategy

• Generate innovative design concepts aligned with client and project needs.
• Develop creative solutions for branding, marketing materials, and digital experiences.

3. Creative Strategy & Analysis

• Research and analyzeindustry trendsto ensure cutting-edge designs.
• Participate inbrainstorming sessionswith creative teams.

4. Quality Assurance & Development Collaboration

• Work closely withmarketing professionalsto ensure correct implementation of marketing strategies.
• ConductQA processesto maintain design consistency across platforms.

Key Requirements

Education & Experience

• 5+ years of experienceingraphic design.
• 5+ years of experienceinsocial media content design.
• 2+ years of experienceinmotion graphics and animation.
• Fluent English (C1)

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiencyinFigma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Considerable experience withAfter Effectsfor animation and motion graphics.
• Knowledge ofdesign best practicesfor digital media.

Soft Skills

• Strongattention to detailandcreative problem-solvingskills.
• Ability tomultitask and manage multiple projectsefficiently.
