SENIOR FULL STACK DEVELOPER WITH DESIGN EXPERIENCE

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer with Design Experience for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Mexico.

Our client is a biopharmaceutical company developing and commercializing dermatology and aesthetic medicine products and treatments. Its products include RT001, a physician-applied topical botulinum toxin type A (BoNT-A) for cosmetic, hyperhidrosis, and dermatologic indications. It is dedicated to creating transformative aesthetic and therapeutic treatments using its proprietary technology platform. It is based in Mountain View, California.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the front end.
• Experience with Node.js and Svelte for server-side development.
• Experience with deploying using Turborepo, GitHub, and Vercel.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Knowledge of npm build tools and package management.
• Understanding of database design and optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Experience working with design tools, especially Figma.
• Strong understanding of accessibility principles and experience implementing accessible web solutions.

• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Next.js, Vue.js, and Svelte.
• Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS or LESS).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Experience with Google Analytics + Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with SQL, No-SQL databases, GraphQL, and Cache databases.
• Experience with WordPress and PHP development.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to implement responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Translate design concepts from tools like Figma into clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the front end.
• Develop and maintain server-side logic on the Vercel platform, Svelte web framework, and Redis database.
• Design and implement database schemas, as well as perform database optimizations.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement responsive design principles with a strong emphasis on accessibility.
• Conduct accessibility audits and implement solutions to ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility.
• Work closely with designers to create and implement interactive design elements with accessibility considerations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and guidelines related to accessibility.
