The Senior Director, Regional Supply Chain & Operations will serve as a core member of The McDonald’s Division team, reporting directly to the VP, Supply Chain and Operations International and build strategies and solutions to deliver against the customer’s growth objectives. The role covers a certain geography, but must operate with an end-to-end global enterprise in mind. He/she/them will develop collaborative relationships with the Customer, Suppliers and internally within The Coca-Cola System, to deliver world-class innovation, drive excellence in assured supply quality, innovation and sustainability, and continually seek and deliver supply chain optimization solutions. The ideal candidate will see the big picture, quickly recognize what it takes to achieve it, and drive results. This role will keep things moving, avoiding bureaucracy and bottlenecks. People will want to work with this leader because he/she/them will engage all the right players and know how to prioritize and get stuff done.

Functional skills:
Supply chain design in support of aligned new business opportunities. Calculate impact investment required and long-term profitability of new ideas.
Decide on requirements for new product/equipment/package innovation as requested by markets (Customer or OU’s), review if it is aligned with greater objectives and supply chain capabilities and if not define alternative solutions.
Joint ownership of Supply Chain operating budget to support quality, innovation or assured supply to achieve yearly business objectives.
Propose and drive quality improvement opportunities requiring investment from the Customer. Drive continual quality improvement and consumer satisfaction culture with teams.
Inform business units where there are gaps in assured supply models and provide recommendations on solutions.
Basic Requirements:
Languages: Full English Proficiency, Spanish & Portuguese.
10–15 years’ experience working in supply chain with strong customer experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or other technical degree.
Previous experience should also demonstrate the ability to build consensus and make decisions.
Bottler or Business Unit operational experience required in operations, commercialization or supply chain preferred.
Role requires up to 25% domestic and international travel. Master’s degree preferred.
