We are searching for a talented and driven Senior Delivery Manager to enhance our dynamic team.
This role is integral to guiding project delivery, managing stakeholder interaction, and maintaining exemplary standards of engineering solutions. The successful candidate will excel at providing an exceptional customer experience and will manage the business aspects of solutions while promoting value and championing top engineering methods.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage delivery engagements from start to finish for teams numbering 20-50+ FTEs, associated with high-visibility and high-impact projects
Coordinate delivery across all stakeholders and ensure complex engineering challenges are resolved effectively
Ensure top-tier quality in design, code, and end solutions
Conduct mentoring and development programs tailored for delivery leads and managers
Promote, negotiate, and establish premier engineering processes and practices
Lead engagements to uphold rigorous standards of delivery and customer satisfaction
Meet stringent commitments and deadlines based on outcome-oriented configurations
Address customer escalations, contractual issues, and team rotations proficiently
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 10 years of IT industry experience with at least 4 years in leadership positions such as Delivery Manager, Team Lead, or Project Manager
Demonstrated ability to oversee intricate delivery engagements from start to finish
Expertise in managing project delivery and stakeholder relationships
Proficiency in addressing complex engineering challenges and ensuring prompt quality delivery
Experience with continuous delivery/deployment pipelines and designing comprehensive end-to-end solutions
Skills in pinpointing customer needs and resolving issues effectively
Strong capability to foster and sustain a cohesive team environment
Competency in coaching and mentoring team members to comprehend customer needs and demands
