Senior Consultant Process Mining

As a Senior Technical Consultant you will start establishing yourself in Roboyo consulting or technology services. You will be responsible for leading project workstreams and managing the delivery of our solutions for our clients.

In this role, you already have understanding of your specific area of focus, and be able to apply that knowledge to develop innovative solutions that address complex business problems. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle.

You will be able to lead projects independently, or work as a part of a team on larger programmes. In addition, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, and be the primary point of contact for all project-related activities. You should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and be able to collaborate effectively with other stakeholders, including project teams, subject matter experts, and business users. You should also have a solid understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, and be able to provide thought leadership to clients and internal teams.

Within this role your responsibilities and tasks will include:

1. Connecting Process Mining Tools to our customers’ diverse system landscapes
2. Transferring process information into data models for subsequent process analysis
3. Performing in-depth analyses to drive process transparency & process improvements
4. Working closely with Automation Engineers & Business Analysts to develop & enhance End-to-End automations using Analytics, Automation & Machine Learning
5. Evaluating business and financial impact & communicating effectively to key stakeholders
6. Testing and reviewing new functionalities and application possibilities of the Celonis EMS & UiPath Process Mining

1. 2-4 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement or a similar area
2. You graduated with a degree in the field of business information systems, computer science, IT-oriented business administration, physics or a comparable education
3. Proficiency with SQL and a strong interest in Big Data, Data Analytics, and Process Mining
4. Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
5. Excellent analytical skills, well organized and known for being a quick learner
6. Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
7. You have in-depth experience in at least one of the following business processes: Order-to-Cash, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables or Purchase-to-Pay
8. You have above-average assertiveness and an inspiring and open personality
9. You have hands-on experience with Celonis and/or UiPath Process Mining
10. Good understanding of process flows in at least one ERP system (SAP, Oracle etc.) is a plus
11. Programming in Python is a plus
