As a Senior Campaigns Success Manager, you will have ownership of several university clients. You will work directly with universities on their student recruitment goals, supporting their efforts and improving our collaboration so they see results. You will be confident in presenting results, attending meetings (in person and virtual) so your communication skills should be excellent.
You’ll be intrinsically motivated to understand how international student recruitment works across the globe, engaging with the wider Success Manager network and diving into data with our Analytics and Consulting Team (ACT). You’ll be happy to get to grips with our systems and processes, be forthcoming with ideas on areas to improve, champion change and ultimately be an asset to Studyportals as a whole.
What you will be doing
- Supporting the full cycle of the client journey – connecting with top universities to help them diversify and grow their international student body through strategic partnerships with primary focus on online student engagement and recruitment – including client onboarding, campaign implementation, monitoring and optimization, client consulting, year strategy, and delivery.
- Sharing intelligence with clients such as projections & engagement reports.
- Ensuring the continuation and growth of the relationship with your clients in close collaboration with a senior account manager, taking on sales responsibility where required.
- Developing lasting relationships with the partner’s representatives to better fulfill their needs and strategic objectives.
- Using a variety of tools to manage the daily workload.
- Reporting directly to the Team Manager ‘Client Success’.
About the team
Our North America Business Unit is looking for a Campaign Manager with 2-3 years of professional experience to support us in our mission. You’ll be part of the NA Client Success team that works with more than 40 universities across the region and is one of our most successful divisions at Studyportals. You’ll be integral to the growth of this very important region. You’ll enjoy working independently but also thrive within a team of fellow Campaign and Partnership Success Managers from teams around the world. You will report to the Team Leader Client Success- NA & APAC.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications or any other relevant field);
- Based in Monterrey, Mexico;
- (Near) native level of English (both written and spoken);
- Great communication skills that allow you to create strong professional relationships;
- The ability to work in a team and independently;
- Organizational, time-management skills and can work under pressure;
- Strong Excel skills and be confident in using internal systems and software;
- Detail-oriented with notable analytical and critical thinking skills. You’ll be comfortable with numbers and be confident to report your findings;
- You are a team player, comfortable with an international environment, committed to both hard work and fun;
- You are keen on developing yourself both professionally and as an individual;
- Experience with digital marketing is a big plus;
- Able to get in the shoes of prospective international students.
