Meaningful Work From Day One

Work with B-F business users to provide solutions that make users more effective and efficient. These solutions should be created from one of the B-F corporate platforms such as: Salesforce.com, Tableau, Google Apps, and SAP.

Will also act as a change agent for the Americas Region as these new technologies are deployed.

Provide expertise in implementing and supporting collaborative technologies at Brown-Forman globally, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of employees across various departments including Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain.

What You Can Expect

• Scale global solutions and support market-specific needs within the Commercial Area.
• Directly support regional technology needs within the Americas Region.
• Drive adoption of these platforms and solutions within the Region.
• Support legacy systems and facilitate the transition to new corporate systems.
• Develop intuitive and relevant solutions that are quick to build and easy to deploy.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging software and hardware technologies.
• Create and nurture relationships with business users to introduce new ideas and technologies seamlessly.
• Partner with global teams to share and implement best practices across all regions.
• Execute technology implementation initiatives within agreed timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Train and support B-F users across the region, effectively communicating new ideas and technologies.

What You Bring to the Table

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5-7 years of applicable business experience.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Apps (Sites, Docs, Search, scripting).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
• Quick learner with demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Strong desire to implement new technologies or procedures to streamline business processes.
• Comfort working with all levels of company personnel.
• Self-confidence to manage change effectively.
• Understanding of Salesforce.com platform and technologies.
• Data visualization using Tableau or similar tools.
• Data modeling experience.
• User interface/design experience.
• Understanding of SAP BW.

What Makes You Unique

• Development experience with Salesforce.com.
• BoomI, Alteryx or similar experience.
• Tableau & Figma design and development.
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL.
• Familiarity with integrating Gen-AI into enterprise platforms.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering to optimize outputs from large language models (LLMs) for commercial use cases.
• Schema and architecture documentation using tools such as LucidCharts.
