About the Team

The Payment Delivery LATAM team is responsible for implementing and delivering solutions to FIS customers in the LATAM and Caribbean region from Mexico to Argentina. We manage projects, develop custom software, conduct testing, provide consultancy to our customers, and offer high-tech support in a timely manner.

Our team manages the end-to-end project lifecycle and post-production relationship with clients. We are a multicultural and diverse organization with a growing project pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing Payment Delivery Team!

What You Will Be Doing

1. You will help the technical support team with complex issues.
2. You will coordinate technical solutions as the technical lead within projects.
3. You will create effort estimates for projects.
4. You will write BRDs and participate in solution design, generating technical documentation for projects.
5. You will need to be available outside of business hours.

What You Bring

Key attributes the ideal candidate will possess:

1. Deep knowledge in payments applications, ISO8583, and back office.
2. Experience in analyzing customer requirements, designing, testing, and implementing in production.
3. Ability to write technical documentation in Spanish/English.
4. Experience supporting sales teams.
5. Customer service skills.
6. Skills for following up.

Bonus If You Have

1. Deep knowledge in one of the following FIS applications: IST Switch or Clearing, MAS (not mandatory, it is a plus).
2. Knowledge in C++ and Java (not mandatory, it is a plus).
3. Bilingual: English and Spanish.
