Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 MXN (Gross)

Education: Systems Engineering or related field

Languages: English (at least B2, C1, C2); experience working with teams in India and the USA

Modality: Home Office - Remote Work

Workdays: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: CST and EST

Gross Salary: Up to $53,000 MXN per Month

Job Stability and Professional Development

Technical Skills

1. Experience of 3+ years with testing tools: Selenium or Tosca
2. Strong automation knowledge on Selenium
3. Creation of pipelines
4. Ability to write and execute test cases (manual and automation) and report test case results
5. Ability to do defect management and regression testing
6. Automation Tools: Playwright (Desirable)
7. Work with GitHub and Azure DevOps
8. 3+ years of experience in Software Testing
9. Perform hands-on manual and automated testing of enterprise business systems including functional unit testing and integration testing
10. User acceptance testing and regression testing
11. Develop and maintain test scripts
12. Develop and maintain data sheets
13. Hands-on experience in Software Testing and developing automation scripts
14. Strong automation knowledge on TOSCA API, OSV, web application testing
15. Thorough knowledge of the entire SDLC, testing methodologies, and their direct implementation to projects
16. Good knowledge in Agile methodology
17. Experience in Jira / JTMF / any other test management tool
18. Proven work experience in software quality assurance
