Play your part in our team success:
General Facilities Security & Safety work focuses on deterring crime and protecting an organization’s property, assets, and people.
As a Security Coordinator, you will be based in the Command Center placed in one of the LEGO Group’s manufacturing locations in Mexico and be involved in the rotational roster (work schedule) to provide 24/7/365 coverage. You need to be flexible to cover both day/night/weekend shifts based on the monthly roster schedule.
Core Responsibilities:
Do you have what it takes?
3-5+ years of experience in security for manufacturing areas. Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in criminology, Laws, or similar. Have experience with multinational companies or working with international teams.
CCTV – GENECTEC, Microsoft Office knowledge as well as hands-on safety maneuvers.
Great service attitude, good communication and decision-making.
Availability – able to rotate between day and night shifts.
Language: Advanced English. Good communication skills both verbally and in writing and comfortable in communicating complex ideas.
