Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Indirect Costs Analyst will play a key role in direct profit planning, reporting, and control. This role is responsible for providing a world-class service for Brazil. Responsible for elaborating cost analysis, understanding actuals, and forecasting across the region with special focus on commodities inflation, yields alignment with productivity, and manufacturing expenses. Interact with MU operation team and FP&A, deliver accurate information to lead decision-making processes and ensure cost SLAs fulfillment.
Your Impact
As SC Fin Assoc Analyst, your functions would consist of:
- Elaborate with control actuals analysis, identify risks and opportunities.
- Deliver excellent service to Finance clients according to SLAs, responsible for commodities inflation and yields alignment with productivity teams.
- Quickly develop an understanding of different OU financial objectives and commercial plans to effectively play a key role as a business partner.
- Align with procurement finance team on commodities inflation and generate inflation impact for Mexico and Andean countries.
- Align with Supply Chain Finance and Operations Yields and update cost models.
- Generate yields productivity validation and ensure alignment between productivity and cost planning models to guarantee P&L productivity flow.
- Coordinate the bottom-up Direct Cost AOP process, monthly closure, and forecast to identify gaps and propose corrective measures to leaders, understanding market conditions and inflation while having business insights.
- Generate new product costs for Cheetah (based on equivalent products).
- Generate FX sensibilities, InterCo transfer price & analysis (COC).
Qualifications

- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
- Software: PowerPoint, Access
- Language: Portuguese (desirable)
