Key Responsibilities

• Design and Manage Solutions: Create innovative solutions in SAP ECC and S/4HANA tailored to meet our clients' business needs.
• Integration Expertise: Seamlessly integrate multiple SAP modules to ensure optimal performance and data flow.
• Testing Execution: Develop, execute, and oversee integration and user acceptance tests to validate solution functionality.
• Transition Management: Create and manage comprehensive transition plans (cutover) to ensure smooth deployments into productive environments.
• Collaboration on Key Stages: Participate actively in crucial project phases, including training, testing, post-implementation, and ongoing support.
• Client Presentations: Effectively communicate and present functional solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

• English Proficiency: Advanced level (C1-C2) in comprehension and communication to liaise with international teams and clients.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an SAP Solution Architect, showcasing a robust professional background.
• SAP Knowledge: Advanced understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA, with proven experience in module integration.
• Testing Proficiency: Strong capabilities in managing integration and user acceptance testing processes.
• Transition Planning: Expertise in developing and managing transition plans (cutover) for smooth migrations to productive environments.
• Travel Availability: Willingness to travel up to 40% annually during key project phases, including training and testing.
• Presentation Skills: Demonstrated experience in delivering technical presentations to clients in English.

Desirable Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Previous experience within the financial sector is a plus.
• Additional SAP Knowledge: Familiarity with other SAP modules will be advantageous.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, team management capabilities, effective communication, and empathy to foster collaboration.
