Responsibilities

The Opportunity

This role supports SAP Security activities including monitoring sensitive SOX controls, SOD risk elimination by users role cleansing, ADO/Service Now ticket management, supporting SAP systems upgrades/refreshes for LATAM landscape.

Your Impact

As SAP Security Jr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

1. Collaborates SAP security strategic plan and engineer’s solutions in line with those priorities.
2. Collaborates with consulting teams on project execution to create efficiency.
3. Reviews and resolves project requirements according to established project timelines.
4. Reinforces correct SAP security procedures with project teams and third-party provider teams.
5. Develops test cases, performs unit testing, and resolves issues.
6. Ensures compliance with key controls.
7. Participates in security reviews to drive future success.
8. Ensures SOX controls compliance by executing SAP security scripts.
9. Maintains documentation of changes (users, roles, modifications) for audit purposes.
10. Delivers SAP security audit reports.
11. Creates and delivers training to users, support desk, security support analyst and administrators.
12. Reviews OSS Notes, security patches; implements and tests those patches.
13. Leads project teams to deliver on security solutions.
14. Establishes project deliverables and priorities working closely with PMO.
15. Ensures team success through organizational, functional, and team alignment towards team mission and objectives.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science (or equivalent) is required.

Experience

• Proactive person who has 1+ years of SAP Security experience.
• Intermediate conversational and written English (Must).
• Conversational and written Portuguese (Desirable).
• Desirable SAP Security sustain support experience (1+).
• Desirable SAP Security projects experience like ongoing deployments, roles redesign, etc (1+).
• Knowledge of SAP security authorization concept, as well as design and implementation methodology.
• Demonstrates ability with SAP Security transactions and SAP Security tables.
• Nice to have technical proficiency with security build and requirements analysis/definition across multiple SAP systems (e.g., S/4, HANA, BODS, BOBJ, CRM, PO, FIORI, SOLMAN, SAP for Me, etc.).
• Understanding of IdM governance.
• Understanding of internal controls, segregation of duties (SoD), sensitive transactions analysis, basic SAP development (e.g., ABAP integration points), SAP modules, SAP Transport Management System, SAP Web Application Server, NetWeaver, HANA, SOX controls.
