We are a virtual first company and your primary work experience will be virtual / working from your home. Occasional travel to a physical office may be required to enhance working relationships, collaboration, design, strategy and alignment.

Job Description

As a Salesforce Systems Manager, you will be the person responsible for the advanced system administration and configuration of the Salesforce CRM platform.

What you'll do:

  1. You will work with stakeholders to define system requirements and customize the platform.
  2. Resolve end user issues and support users through training and documentation of system processes.
  3. Ensure data integrity through process automation and provide tools that allow teams to monitor data they are responsible for.
  4. Evaluate, implement and maintain connection points to 3rd party tools to enhance the platform.

Other responsibilities include:

  1. SFDC System Administration
  2. End User Support
  3. Connected Apps (3rd Party)
  4. Reports and Dashboards
  5. Business Analysis
  6. SFDC Release Management
  7. User story requirements assessment

Qualifications

  1. Minimum 4 years of experience
  2. Other Program / Supplemental Training: Salesforce administration certification ideal. Advanced Salesforce certifications are preferred.
  3. Knowledge of working with Salesforce Flows and Automation is a must
  4. Languages: Advanced English
