As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements.

What We Need:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions
• Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems
• Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud is required
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Accenture Delivery Methods (ADM) is recommended
• Service Delivery proficiency is suggested
• Develop and implement innovative solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance application functionality
• Analyze and optimize application performance for efficiency
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
