Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Engineer to join our growing team in Mexico. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize data solutions that drive business outcomes for our clients. Your expertise in data architecture, engineering, and Salesforce will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implement data architectures, including data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data governance best practices.
2. Develop and optimize data solutions for Salesforce implementations, leveraging a deep understanding of Salesforce's data model, security, and APIs.
3. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
4. Utilize SQL, SoQL (preferred), and other data manipulation tools to analyze and transform data.
5. Work with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or SnapLogic to facilitate seamless data integrations.
6. Advocate for and apply Agile methodologies in project delivery.
7. Stay current with cutting-edge technologies, including AI/ML and cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery.

Your Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

1. 5+ years of experience in data architecture and engineering.
2. Proficiency in data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and data governance.
3. Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including its data model, security, and APIs.
4. Strong skills in SQL and familiarity with SoQL (preferred).
5. Experience with integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or SnapLogic.
6. Excellent communication and consulting skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
7. A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What would make you an outstanding candidate:

1. Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their application in data engineering.
2. Experience with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, or BigQuery.
