Your Role

  1. Design, develop and implement training programs for PV from our different lines: Oncology, Neurology, Fertility, Endocrinology, Cardiology, Metabolism and General Medicine.
  2. Identifying training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs.
  3. Collaborating with the medical, marketing and related teams to ensure that training is aligned with the company's objectives.
  4. Ensure that training complies with Merck Biopharma Distribution SA CV regulations and standards.
  5. Managing the training budget and resources.
  6. Keeping records and documentation of training in the different sales lines.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with external training providers.
  8. Lead and develop effective training programs, ensure that PV has the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the quality, safety and efficacy standards of our products/customers.

Who you are

  1. Degree in Chemistry, Economic-Administrative Careers.
  2. At least 5 years' experience in training and staff development in the pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Leadership, communication and planning skills.
  4. At least 3 years' experience in similar positions.
  5. Ability to work in a highly regulatory and compliance environment.
