Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and high-energy professional to join our Sales team as a key member. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional English-speaking skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously. This person will support client outreach and engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Research and qualify potential prospects. Engage those prospects through outreach.
  2. Nurture leads and schedule meetings: employ creative methods to bring leads into the organization by engaging them.
  3. Provide the Sales team with market intelligence regarding leads and prospects.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and adjusting priorities as necessary.
  5. Maintain CRM database and tracking systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, educating the rest of the team on optimizing our CRM and database.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 3 years of experience, preferably with a US-based company.
  2. Excellent English-speaking skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  4. Technology proficiency: ability to use CRM systems, sales intelligence tools, and other relevant technology is a plus.
  5. Knowledge of LinkedIn and ability to navigate is a plus.
  6. Experience working with teams across different time zones is a plus.
  7. Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
