Responsibilities

The Opportunity:

The role of Sales Support Jr. Analyst has the responsibility to support the business team in daily business, preparing materials and presentations for sales teams, related to trade marketing, sales management, category management, and productivity. Playbook of commercial initiatives and everything related to internal communications and business reviews.

Your Impact:

As Sales Support Jr. Analyst your functions would consist of:

  1. Responsible for consolidating and updating the Playbook of commercial monthly initiatives by channel.
  2. Ensure quotes definition by division, district, and route, according to market alignment (AOP or S&OP).
  3. Customer Material Support: Create and maintain templates for customer meetings based on past presentations; dependent on customers or new presentations.
  4. If ad hoc, pull data and create ad hoc materials based on strategic priorities for customer meetings.
  5. Responsible for following up the E2E Initiatives postmortem and communicate to different sales teams.
  6. Establish a process to identify, track, escalate, resolve, and report customer problems.
  7. Responsible for sales expenses reconciliations.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education:

  • Bachelor’s, Associate or Technical degree in progress. Accounting, Business Administration, Data and Analytics, Computer Science or similar.

Experience:

  • 0-1 year professional experience in data analysis.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Intermediate Power BI.
  • English is a must (advanced).
  • Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills.
  • Clear Communication to all stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
