Sales Specialist (Farming)
Requirements:
Sales cadence to ensure Farming target is achieved (Sales Force)
Participation in key industry focused or E-commerce seminars/events
RAD follow up to improve data analytics
Creation, implementation and supervision of execution and negotiation strategies to ensure growth and retention of installed base.
Portfolio assignment to Specialists based on size and holding potential
Market knowledge to understand trends and needs
Escalations to internal areas/OXXO when required
Implement upsell, cross-sell and churn prevention strategies
C-Level decision maker relationship
Discovery of account to define business growth opportunities
Top KPIs follow up triggering necessary actions to grow the business or avoid Churn.
Negotiation Strategies to improve TPV, cross-sell
QBR and MBR content preparation and presentation
Escalation of merchant needs/changes
Full dominance and knowledge of Merchant’s strategy to ensure alignment
