Sales Marketing Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Provide user support for Sales Marketing teams particularly during key reporting periods
• Develop functional specifications, gather user approvals, conduct UATs, and create requirements for production releases
• Conduct data analysis to support marketing campaigns, sales performance tracking, and market research
• Monitor and follow up on Customer Service Requests (CSRs) in collaboration with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs)
• Track and resolve tickets related to Sales Marketing applications and tools
• Create business requirements for global Sales Marketing teams
• Follow up support incidents to understand recurrent issues and implement permanent solutions
• Collaborate with and influence key internal and external business stakeholders
• Mentor junior analysts and support team members in their daily tasks

Requirements Qualifications

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills for engaging with upper management
• Ability to handle fluent and assertive conversations in English (written and verbal)

Education Experience

• 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably related to Sales Marketing
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• SQL Developer experience
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel for data analysis
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Proactive self-starter with a strategic and analytical mindset
• Fast learner with excellent interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented approach with a focus on stakeholder collaboration
• Power BI or Analytics tools desired
