Hiring: Sales Manager (Mexico & USA Cross-Border Role)

Location: Mexico (frequent USA travel)

Experience: 5+ years in automotive, fleet, law enforcement, emergency vehicle equipment, aftermarket auto parts, or specialized vehicle sales

Notice Period: As per company policy

About the Role

Join a leading company in automotive, fleet, and law enforcement sales. This Mexico-based role involves extensive USA travel for client meetings, distributor management, and product training. Drive business growth, develop strong industry relationships, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve/exceed sales targets and expand business opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with OEMs, dealers, and distributors.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Oversee distributor agreements and ensure compliance.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve sales challenges.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive, fleet, law enforcement, emergency vehicle equipment, aftermarket auto parts, or specialized vehicle sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Mexico & the USA.
  • Fluency in English required. Spanish is a plus.
