About the Role
Join a leading company in automotive, fleet, and law enforcement sales. This Mexico-based role involves extensive USA travel for client meetings, distributor management, and product training. Drive business growth, develop strong industry relationships, and expand market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve/exceed sales targets and expand business opportunities.
- Manage relationships with OEMs, dealers, and distributors.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competition.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Oversee distributor agreements and ensure compliance.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve sales challenges.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in automotive, fleet, law enforcement, emergency vehicle equipment, aftermarket auto parts, or specialized vehicle sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Mexico & the USA.
- Fluency in English required. Spanish is a plus.
