The Opportunity
• Lead profitability analysis of actual and new products complemented with a performance follow up.
• Ownership of Salty Brands such as: Karate, Kacang, Mafer, Natuchips, Popcorners, MultyPacks and other white spaces.
• Be a Business partner to different teams such as Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales and other Finance Team’s providing financial visibility for decision making processes.
• Give support with day to day analysis to find growth, efficiency and profitability opportunities.
• Participate on several Financial planning process’ (Forecast, IBP & PIPE, and AOP) to create the strategic plan that will allow PMF to increase sales and profit.
Your Impact:
As BU Sr Supervisor Nuts & Seeds your responsibilities would consist of:
• Coordinate Marketing and Sales Teams to reach sales commitment for each initiative and identify growth opportunities to not only be strategic, but also profitable.
• Lead Brand Initiatives evaluation and follow up.
• Develop financial models to create efficiency.
• Create a forecast to achieve topline targets.
• Analysis of weekly sales and it’s difference vs plans.
• Lead Sales Forecasting for specific brands.
• Work with other financial areas, such as Revenue Management and Sales Finance, to create profitable initiatives and process optimization.
• Give a constant follow up of Brands performance in order to assure DPAAR commitment in AOP.
Who Are We Looking For?:
• Education: Economics, Engineering, Finance or similar
• Ability to evaluate macro-economic changes and its impact on the business environment
• Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios
• Know how to create Financial Models (Excel abilities), PowerBi, and others
• Fluent in English (90-100%)
