Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Responsible to operate all price changes, price updates and grams up/down of Brazil (entire Brazil territory with 27 states with each IVA aspects, ~300 price lists; ~200 Stock Keeping Units; 1 operational system, 3 different channels). Also support Pricing Manager and Brazilian stakeholders (Sales and Finance teams) related to price processes.

Your Impact

As Sales Fin Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:

• Be part of LATAM’s team delivering an excellent service to Finance clients.
• Responsible to operate price changes, price updates of Brazil into SAP.
• Identify gaps and processes opportunities and propose to leader and stakeholders corrective measures.
• Support Brazil Sales and Finance teams in analysis, doubts and demands related to Pricing processes.
• Design, implement and execute the LATAM operating procedures and Service Level Agreements, ensuring deliverables meet Service Level Agreements.
• Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them.
• Promote and adhere to ways of working, culture and values.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

• Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration.

Experience

• Excel Skills (Formulas, Pivot Table, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
• Language: Spanish / Portuguese advanced.
• Strategic Thinking and Planning skills.
• Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural.
