ResponsibilitiesThe Opportunity
Responsible to operate all price changes, price updates and grams up/down of Brazil (entire Brazil territory with 27 states with each IVA aspects, ~300 price lists; ~200 SKU’s; 1 operational system, 3 different channels). Also support Pricing Manager and Brazilian stakeholders (Sales and Finance teams) related to price processes.
Your Impact
As Sales Fin Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:
- Be part of LATAM’s GBS team delivering excellent service to GBS Finance clients according to SLA’s.
- Responsible to operate price changes, price updates and grams up/down of Brazil OU into SAP.
- Identify gaps and processes opportunities and propose to GBS leader and stakeholders corrective measures.
- Support Brazil Sales and Finance teams in analysis, doubts and demands related to Pricing processes.
- Design, implement and execute the LATAM GBS operating procedures and Service Level Agreements, ensuring deliverables excellence (on time, every time, mistake free) meeting Service Level Agreements.
- Create and maintain relationships with clients ensuring a business partner relationship with all of them.
- Promote and adhere to GBS ways of working, culture and values.

Education
- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration.
Experience
- Excel Skills (Formulas, Pivot Table, Charts, Conditional Formatting).
- Language: Spanish / Portuguese advanced.
- Strategic Thinking and Planning skills.
- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural environment.
