About The Role

As Sales Executive for Querétaro, you will be responsible for handling the relationship with the client based on trust and respect, increasing sales profitably, improving levels of distribution and market shares, in accordance with our business principles while maintaining a healthy credit portfolio. You will help prepare, implement marketing and promotional campaigns to drive demand, forecast, develop, implement, and supervise customer-specific plans to achieve our commercial goals. You will communicate plans to field teams for in-store support and visit stores to understand implementation challenges to optimize future approaches.

What You Will Do

  1. Support meeting the sales objectives: Sell-in, Sell-out & market share.
  2. Achieve sales objectives of the assigned territory.
  3. Implement CP's commercial strategies, ensuring the accurate execution of 5p's.
  4. Analyze the current situation of the stores in charge, their results, and detect opportunities.
  5. Develop and handle relationships between Colgate-Palmolive and Customers.
  6. Guarantee the accurate implementation of events and their follow-up for fulfillment of objectives.
  7. Interact appropriately with the third-party support team in the field.
  8. Lead Customer Engagement looking for balanced growth.

What You Need (Required Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales/commercial experience in a consumer goods company (in roles such as Salesperson, Blue Jacket/Business Partner, Sales Coordinator, or related).
  • Wholesaler experience.
  • Driving experience and active Driver's license.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, analysis, and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate-Advanced English Level.
