The primary function of this position is to develop the business within the Company's vertical industries across Mexico and Central America - including Fashion, Auto, Furniture, and Industrial.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a strategy for the sales team that is aligned with the overall company strategy.
  • Allocate accounts and territories to optimize sales opportunities and support the overall sales strategy.
  • Monitor sales activities using CRM Salesforce.
  • Work at a strategic level to identify and understand potential customers' needs and challenges, and develop a plan for effectively communicating the value proposition of our offers or services.
  • Provide guidance at the field level, ensure joint execution in front of the customer, support negotiations, and coordinate with other departments.

Qualifications:

  • Master or Bachelor in Business, Management, Engineering, etc.
  • Proven track record in direct and consultative sales of high added value solutions, preferably in Manufacturing / Industrial Equipment / 4.0 Industry / IIOT / cutting.
  • At least 5 years of sales management experience with excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Results-driven with a strong ability to monitor sales activities.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
