The primary function of this position is to develop the business within the Company's vertical industries across Mexico and Central America - including Fashion, Auto, Furniture, and Industrial.
Responsibilities:
Define and execute a strategy for the sales team that is aligned with the overall company strategy.
Allocate accounts and territories to optimize sales opportunities and support the overall sales strategy.
Monitor sales activities using CRM Salesforce.
Work at a strategic level to identify and understand potential customers' needs and challenges, and develop a plan for effectively communicating the value proposition of our offers or services.
Provide guidance at the field level, ensure joint execution in front of the customer, support negotiations, and coordinate with other departments.
Qualifications:
Master or Bachelor in Business, Management, Engineering, etc.
Proven track record in direct and consultative sales of high added value solutions, preferably in Manufacturing / Industrial Equipment / 4.0 Industry / IIOT / cutting.
At least 5 years of sales management experience with excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills.
Results-driven with a strong ability to monitor sales activities.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
